    Actually the hotel room looked good, ac was fine but I found a problem at 2 spots 1. Food is bad...even a simple tea tastes bad. 2. On tv only sports channels are available. Rest receptionist is polite and room service responds very swiftly.

    Clean hotel and friendly staff. The food was great and the location was nearby to all the tourist spots.

    The hotel is located at a very convenient spot in town. Room was clean, and daily cleaning was not an issue at all. The bathroom was clean. The staff was very cooperative and are happy to answer any questions that you might have to the best of their ability. I travelled solo, but I would not stop myself from recommending it to couples. I don't know what their policy on unmarried couples staying is, that can be checked on the app. But married couples can opt for a stay here without qualms. Would definitely consider staying here again.

    the only name is Royal of the hotel. The rest is "Chindi".. reception managers are running it like Dukaan. may be ok for cheap travelers but not value for money..

    'excellent' in a word. Hearty co-operation from the reception. Staff behavior, room services, cleanliness, quality of food and prices, location etc. Etc. . Each & everything was highly satisfactory. We ware more than 100% satisfied staying 2 nights there.

    Amenities are okay, but the food is terrible, extremely oily and spicy and excessively costly. Outside food is also not allowed. But i still managed to order food for one night.
